Job summary

SMS Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor for a hands-on leadership role within a busy marine fabrication environment. The position is permanent, full-time, based on site in Hillington, Glasgow, with overtime opportunities and 28 days holiday rising with service.

You will supervise a workshop team, lead fabrication tasks, and support shipbuilding and marine engineering projects while maintaining high-quality standards, safety, and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Time-served Fabricator/Welder with supervisory capability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Marine or shipbuilding experience is desirable.
• Full Driving License.
