Salary: £38,662 per annum + shift allowance + overtime

We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world’s leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a Fabricator- Plater. The role will be based in Glasgow and will require the successful candidate to be on site full time working a varied shift pattern (please see details below).

As part of a growing team, they are looking for a talented and experienced Fabricator Plater to join them in delivering Type 26 frigates to the Royal Navy.
In the Fabricator team, they are doing work that impacts the world. To ensure the delivery of vital security products and services, the team works a variety of shifts. This includes day, back, night and weekend shifts.

All successful candidates will be required to attend a Trade test which will be held in Glasgow. You will also be required to submit your trade certificates after an initial phone call with the recruiter.
You must be eligible to apply for SC clearance and, therefore, must hold a British passport and have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years.
