Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists client is seeking an Operations Technology Integration Lead to own shop-floor digital systems across a Hull site with national travel. You will lead MES/ERP integration projects, design architecture, and deliver hands-on deployments in live production environments.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor technical staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving digital transformation in FMCG/industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Industrial MES/ERP configuration and support experience.
• Experience delivering physical system rollouts in active production environments.
• Ability to coach staff and improve user adoption.
• Ability to travel across a multi-site UK logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop-floor technology projects and design cross-system integration standards.
• Coordinate deployment specialists and review workloads and quality.
• Manage data flows between shop-floor hardware, live data systems and ERP.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Business System Leads on cross-site integrations.
• Develop user guides and coaching plans to drive system adoption.
