Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Operations Technology Integration Lead based in Hull, with national travel. The role focuses on designing and implementing shop-floor digital systems, leading MES/ERP integrations and ensuring reliable production operations.

You will own site-level technical applications workstream from scoping and design through to deployment and post-launch support, collaborating across operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting MES/ERP systems.
• Experience delivering on-site factory rollouts in active production environments.
• Strong change leadership and user adoption improvement.
• Willingness to travel across a multi-site UK logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop-floor technology projects and define system architecture.
• Coordinate deployment workloads and QA of vendor solutions.
• Manage data flows between shop-floor hardware, MES and ERP systems.
• Provide hands-on support in live production and break/fix scenarios.
• Develop user guides and training for shift teams.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance in system configurations.
• Support new facility openings and extensions.
• Maintain auditable project records and test evidence.
