Job summary

Kinetic plc is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Widnes to ensure smooth movement of finished goods from production through to customer delivery. You will work with production, warehousing, customer service and freight partners to guarantee on-time shipments and accurate documentation.

The role requires a minimum of three years in shipping/logistics, experience with SAP, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills. A proactive, independent yet collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in Shipping/Logistics admin roles.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouse team.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments via road, sea and air freight forwarders.
• Prepare shipping documentation including quality certificates.
• Support production plans to meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor stock levels to assist inbound planning.
