Job summary

W Talent is partnering with a leading homecare products manufacturer in Redditch to recruit a Freight & Logistics Coordinator. You will support day-to-day shipping operations, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.

This role offers exposure to domestic and international logistics with strong cross-functional collaboration. The role provides hands-on experience in shipping operations, documentation, and ERP/TMS systems, with guidance from Head

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or administration (training provided).
• Interest in freight, shipping and international logistics.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Book transport with freight forwarders, couriers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents including delivery notes, invoices, and export paperwork.
• Track shipments and help resolve delays or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP/TMS systems.
• Assist with customs and export documentation when required.
• Assist with checking freight invoices against agreed rates.
• Communicate with warehouse teams and 3PL providers.
• Support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Customer Service and Finance teams.
