Global Sports and Streetwear Brand in Watford is seeking a Shipping Co-ordinator for a full-time, office-based role. You will manage shipping, logistics and import/export processes, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in shipping/logistics, with knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs clearance, and strong attention to detail to maintain compliant documentation and cost control.

Formación

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations (1–3 years).
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance.
• Excellent coordination and communication with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Attention to detail to verify shipping docs and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the PO schedule (Ex-factory) and follow up with suppliers for shipment bookings.
• Notify stakeholders of potential delays in advance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and 3PL logistics partners for timely dispatch, shipment and delivery.
• Confirm shipping schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders to meet cargo cut-off times.
• Track shipments, provide updates to stakeholders and report progress to the shipping manager.
• Verify and approve import documents to ensure compliance, work with customs agents to resolve clearance issues.
• Monitor shipping costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate shipment records for audits and reporting.
• Resolve shipping issues with forwarders and address discrepancies in documentation promptly.
