V.Group is seeking an Electro-Technical Officer for a containership, Beg Of Dec, to work onboard a vessel under contract. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and covers maintenance of electrical and electronic systems, test schedules, alarm management, and support during cargo operations.

You will perform first-level maintenance on critical communication, radio, and navigation equipment and help ensure the safe, efficient operation of electrical cargo-handling machinery on board.

Responsibilities

• The Electrical Engineer (or Electrical Officer) is responsible to the Chief Engineer for the comprehensive maintenance of all onboard electrical and electronic systems.
