Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Chief Engineer for a containership serving under a Ukrainian hiring office. This shipboard contract places you as head of the Engine Department, responsible to the Master for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all shipboard machinery and electrical systems.

You will supervise engineering officers and ratings, implement the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), and ensure strict compliance with environmental, safety, and classification survey requirements.
