Ardagh Metal Packaging in the UK is seeking a Shift Technician to safely run and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth lines and KPI targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will perform routine checks, support trials, operate forklift when required, manage waste and spoilage, and contribute to continuous improvement across the can production process.

The role includes shift patterns, 4on/4off, with healthcare, pension and life assurance benefits.

Formación

• Must follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Ability to perform routine checks and address machine errors promptly.
• Experience with production lines and quality control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet KPI targets.
• Carry out daily routine checks and correct faults in area of responsibility.
• Maintain accurate records as dictated by the shift pattern.
• Support trials of new materials and equipment and assist installation/ commissioning.
