Job summary

ATL in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Team Leader / Operations Supervisor to lead and develop an operational team, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of customer requirements while maintaining high standards of performance, employee engagement, quality and health & safety.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, manage attendance, drive improvements, and uphold ATL's values in a practical, hands-on role with Monday to Friday 13:30–22:00, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics, warehousing or operations.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Investigate operational and system discrepancies, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, address underperformance and drive productivity improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
