Job summary

• Safe and efficient operation of the Biomass Power Plant at Widmerpool.
• Manage all aspects of the Biomass Power Plant to maximise safety, availability, efficiency and power output.
• Performs rotating shift pattern including weekends and public holidays, and provides shift rota cover as required.
• Receive onboarding, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to maintain and improve contribution.

The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Shift Team Leader.

The Shift Team Leader is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Biomass Power Plant at Widmerpool. You will manage all aspects of the Biomass Power Plant to ensure it functions at maximum levels of safety, availability, efficiency and power output.

This role includes a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends and Public Holidays as well as a requirement to provide shift rota cover as required to ensure continuous operation of the Biomass Power Plant.

You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
