You will drive production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and coach colleagues. The role runs Monday to Friday 06:15-14:15 with a salary of £27,500-£28,500, offering clear progression to Shift Manager and opportunities to impact a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Confident and supportive leadership.
