Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage leadership roles.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate Juicers to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor sales targets and assist with cash handling and reports.
