Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is looking for passionate Shift Supervisors to run shifts, lead from the front, and coach a fast-moving team to deliver outstanding food quality and guest experiences. You’ll support management, manage standards and health & safety, and drive performance in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Hands-on leadership with a lead-from-the-front mindset.
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to manage standards, compliance, and food safety.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep your team aligned, focused, and energised.
• Be the role model — set the tone, keep standards high, and lead from the front.

• Coach, train, and develop your team — building future leaders.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards.
