Mitchells & Butler PLC's Black Bull is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and train staff at the heart of the community pub. You’ll drive great service, manage shifts and model high standards for your colleagues each day.

The role focuses on hosting, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety while supporting staff development. A lively, friendly team environment with pension, holidays, and staff discounts awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
