Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Peacock Nantwich (Vintage Inns). You will welcome guests, lead a team, and drive daily operations with a focus on great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model, helping with training.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to uphold brand standards.
