All Bar One Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team on site. You’ll welcome guests, supervise service during shifts, and role-model training for colleagues to uphold high standards of guest care.

The role emphasizes staff development, maintaining cleanliness, and safety, with a focus on delivering warm, efficient service in a busy city centre bar. A supportive team environment and opportunities for progression are highlighted.
