Job summary

All Bar One Charing Cross is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team in a vibrant city centre bar. You will ensure excellent service, train staff, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while guiding shifts and operations.

The role offers a flexible, fast-paced environment where you’ll help guests enjoy great experiences and feel valued as part of a friendly team. This position is full-time and on-site in central London.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a friendly manner.
• Able to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
