Job summary

All Bar One Newcastle is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will warmly welcome guests, lead a pro-active team and ensure smooth daily operations in our stylish city centre bar. You’ll drive service standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

You’ll train staff, maintain high guest service levels, and keep the venue clean and safe, delivering top hospitality. Enjoy generous staff discounts, a pension, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and leading a small team.
