Job summary

All Bar One Newcastle is seeking a Shift Supervisor to greet guests, lead a team and drive service excellence. You’ll help train staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure smooth daily operations on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or similar service environments.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as host and team lead.
• Lead shifts and role model for your teams while training colleagues.
