Job summary

All Bar One Bath, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, oversee service, and help train team members. You’ll lead by example, ensuring a warm environment and smooth service across shifts.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role includes staff discounts, pension, and 28 days holiday, with opportunities to grow within the M&B family.
