Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates Miller & Carter - St Albans. As Shift Supervisor at Miller & Carter - St Albans, you will welcome guests, lead a team and keep our service on track to ensure guests keep coming back.

You'll manage daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while delivering warm, consistent hospitality.
