Job summary

Miller & Carter - Worcester Park is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service. You’ll train staff and help run the site, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience in hospitality, a friendly frontline presence, and the ability to manage shifts are key. The role includes flexible hours, staff discounts, pension, holidays and wellbeing benefits, supporting a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer-service experience considered a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfortable handling guest needs and service standards.

Responsibilities
