Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, operating Miller & Carter Bath, is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide a team, coach colleagues, and ensure service standards are consistently high.

The role focuses on hosting guests, training teammates, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and modelling a positive, welcoming team culture in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
