Mitchells & Butler's Miller & Carter Hinckley is looking for a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a hospitality team and uphold excellent standards. You’ll train and support staff, ensure smooth service and a warm, memorable dining experience for every guest.

The role includes sharing supervision duties, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a friendly, high-performing team culture in a busy restaurant environment.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
