Mitchells & Butlers' Plough Inn Eynsford in the UK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and maintain service standards. You'll host, serve guests, and train colleagues to ensure memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or pubs.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site as host and serve guests.
• Confidently lead the team and act as shift leader.
• Role model for the team and help with training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
