Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Spread Eagle, part of Vintage Inns. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and uphold service excellence in a warm, welcoming pub setting.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, training your team, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across shifts. A friendly, guest-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience with guest service focus.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
