Job summary

Firecrest at Vintage Inns welcomes guests with warmth and a focus on great service. You will lead a hospitality team, train staff, and ensure our venues remain welcoming and well-run. You’ll be the face of the site, hosting guests and guiding shifts with pride.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and delivering consistently high service in a pub setting across our brand family.
