Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is looking for a Shift Supervisor at Nicholson’s pubs. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and ensure great service with a friendly, confident approach.

You’ll train, maintain cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
