Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited’s Woolpack venue is seeking a confident Shift Supervisor to lead a welcoming team, deliver great service and train your colleagues. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, guest interactions and ensure high standards throughout your shift.

You’ll also focus on cleanliness and safety, drive guest satisfaction, and benefit from staff discounts, pension, paid holidays and other perks. Join a team that values warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and guest interactions as host.

• Model training practices and ensure compliance with standards.
