Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at The Chequers (Vintage Inns) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver outstanding service while mentoring colleagues. You will help maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere with a focus on training and development.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, hosting guests, supervising shifts, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards across the venue. The role offers staff discounts and pension benefits for eligible employees.
