Toby Carvery - Oulton is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team, and ensure smooth service during your shift.

You’ll train team members, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and act as a role model for front-of-house operations. This role offers opportunities to grow within a friendly Mitchells & Butlers family, with ongoing support and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
