Job summary

Toby Carvery - Snaresbrook is recruiting a Shift Supervisor who will welcome guests, lead a small team and drive excellent service day to day. You’ll mentor colleagues, model great standards and help with training while ensuring the site runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Ability to host and serve guests.
• Strong training skills for team development.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site and host guests.
• Lead shifts and act as a role model for training staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
