Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Old Forge. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and ensure great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervising a team.
• Strong guest service focus and communication.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: act as host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, helping with training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the venue.
