Job summary

Ember Inns, Centurion, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You will train staff and help keep guests coming back for more in a welcoming, community-focused pub setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, hosting, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety while supporting colleagues and creating a fun, supportive team environment.
