Ember Inns, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at The Broadway. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and help deliver great service while training and developing your staff.

The role supports our guests with a welcoming atmosphere and ensures high standards of cleanliness and safety across a busy pub environment, embodying the Inn crowd spirit.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
