Job summary

Duke Of Wellington in Ember Inns is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests warmly, lead a team with pride and drive great service every day. You’ll host and serve, mentor colleagues, uphold cleanliness and safety, and role‑model training. The role offers flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, Wagestream access, and other benefits as part of the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with team leadership and guest service.
• Ability to train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety in a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting and serving guests while leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for junior staff.
• Help with staff training and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the site.
