EGO - Mere Green is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, drive high service standards and train your team to perform at their best.

As part of Mitchells & Butlers, you’ll join a family of Premium Pubs & Restaurants with a Mediterranean-inspired menu and lively, characterful locations. We offer flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, pension, holiday entitlement and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering great service.
• Ability to train staff and uphold standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety in a busy venue.
