Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Toby Carvery Stafferton Lodge is seeking a Shift Supervisor who greets guests warmly, trains staff, and leads a team to deliver great service.

You'll act as host, lead shifts, model training, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while helping guests feel welcome.
