Toby Carvery - Stafferton Lodge is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a friendly team. You’ll train staff, ensure smooth service, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, efficient guest service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.
• Willingness to train new and existing colleagues.
• Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations as a shift supervisor.
• Lead and support the shift team, ensuring service standards.
• Coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
