Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Toby Carvery in Ormskirk is hiring a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests, leads a team and maintains high service standards. You’ll help train staff and manage frontline operations to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

The role offers engaging work with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and shop-floor safety. You’ll support hosting, serving, and leading by example to create memorable visits for every guest.
