Eastfield Arms is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run the site, welcome guests, and lead a friendly team. You’ll train colleagues, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-level guest experiences.
• Experience in leading front-line teams in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Lead shifts and act as a role model for training new staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
• Support colleagues to ensure customers have a great experience.
