Job summary

Dukes Head Billericay, part of Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers, seeks a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team in delivering outstanding service. You will train staff and act as a role model to ensure guest satisfaction and high standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality or restaurant team.
