Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates the Swan at Vintage Inns in Horning. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and uphold service standards in a warm, community-focused inn environment.

You will contribute to a dining-led experience with strong emphasis on hospitality, team development, and safety. The role is based at Horning, with a supportive team and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
