Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Worthing is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for our Vintage Inn site. You’ll welcome guests, host the floor, and confidently lead your team to deliver friendly, efficient service.

You’ll train colleagues, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and model the team ethos that keeps guests returning. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and a supportive, lively pub atmosphere.
