Swan is part of Mitchells & Butlers, and we're seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team focused on outstanding service.

You'll supervise shifts, train team members, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, with a warm, guest-first approach. The role comes with pension, holiday, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow within the premium pubs portfolio.
