Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Beech Hurst Harvester in Haywards Heath is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team and warmly welcome guests, ensuring memorable dining experiences across our brands.

You will train staff, model best practice, and drive cleanliness and safety standards while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced pub-restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality team in a busy venue.
• Strong guest service and training skills.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site and lead your team.
