Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Handcross is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for the Red Lion Handcross. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team during shifts and role-model training to ensure delivery of excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a hospitality team and training staff.
