Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its White Lion within the Vintage Inns portfolio. You’ll welcome guests, host, serve, and confidently lead your team to deliver warm, consistent service.

The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and driving team performance. A welcoming culture, career development and flexible shifts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/service oriented mindset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
